I agree to recieve a minimum of three shipments.
I agree to have a person of 21 years oif age or older to accept shipments.
I accept responsibility for notifying Hawley Winery of any address changes before shipments, and I accept charges incurred by re-directing or re-shipping wine.
If I choose to cancel my membership prior to receiving three shipments, I authorize the winery to charge a $50 cancellation fee to my credit card. |
